⭐Please read before booking an appointment ⭐

When you complete your Booking, you accept these Terms and any other terms that you're provided with during the booking process.

📍A non-refundable booking fee will be taken at booking to secure the appointment slot and this will be deducted off your treatment price.Example£45 lashes = £20 booking fee + £25 To pay at your appointment.Booking fee is transferable (you can change your appointment date or time once) if you let me know about any changes you want to make (change of the date of your appointment) in more than 48 hours before your appointment, but non-refundable.You can book your appointment by DM or online booking.Please find BOOK NOW button on the top of my facebook page.

📍Cancellations/No shows/Late arrivals - I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 48 hours is given, booking fee won't be transferable and you'll be asked to pay in full upfront if wish to book next appointment.

📍Please be ON TIME ❗Being late is as undesirable as arriving 20 minutes too early - for every client I have a designated amount of time.

📍Infills - Infills are based on upto 4 weeks and must contain at least 40% of the extensions left on, anything over 4 weeks or less than 40% extensions remaining will be charged as a full set.

Please come WITHOUT MAKE-UP if possible - especially mascara. Time spent cleaning your lashes will reduce the amount of time spent applying lashes and may incur an additional charge.Please arrive with clean lashes – If you require a demonstration of how to do this, please ask. I also stock affordable products that are safe to use with your eyelash extensions.

📍Please come for your appointment alone. No kids, friends, family allowed.

📍Refunds - I am afraid I do not offer any refunds. If you develop an irritation with your lash extensions within the first 48 hours of having them applied I will remove them free of charge. Lash Removal costs (of other Lash Technicians work) is £15.

📍I cannot guarantee that I will infill work done by other technicians. However, if I am able to do so, please be aware that there will be an additional charge of £5-£10, or it will be charged at the 4-week infill price.

📍To ensure efficient scheduling and provide optimal service we accept appointment reservations up to a maxiumum of two months in advance.

📍Please let me know ASAP (up to 3 days after your appointment) if anything is wrong with your lash extensions (excessive loss of eyelashes). After this time I do not accept complaints more than 3 days after the procedure
