By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total treatment price. The booking fee is transferable once only if at least 48 hours’ notice is given to reschedule your appointment.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee will not be transferable. Missed appointments and no-shows are charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

Please arrive on time and, where possible, without eye make-up, especially mascara. Extra cleansing time may reduce treatment time and may incur an additional charge.

Infills are only available within the time frame shown in the price list and must have at least 40% of extensions remaining. Appointments outside this time frame or with less than 40% remaining will be charged as a full set.

Please come to your appointment alone — no children, friends or family members.

Refunds are not offered. If irritation occurs within 48 hours of your appointment, lashes will be removed free of charge.

I cannot guarantee that I will infill work carried out by another lash technician. If possible, an additional charge may apply depending on the condition of the lashes.

If you experience any issues, please let me know within 3 days of your appointment.
